Children’s Music & Literacy Workshops with Mary Divers
These fun group workshops help build early reading skills through music, stories, and movement. Kids keep the beat, learn rhythms from the stories, and use clapping and body movement to connect sounds and words.
What is Books and Beats?
Using rhythm instruments, children practice taking turns, listening, working together, and talking about feelings from the story. We also use simple breathing with the beat to help kids calm and focus.
